Terms of Service

1. Agreement to These Terms

DataBoss is operated by FBA Intelliscore LLC ("DataBoss," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service govern your use of the DataBoss website at databoss11.com, the DataBoss web application, and the DataBoss Chrome extension (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a subscription, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

DataBoss is a software-as-a-service platform that provides Amazon seller analytics, product and keyword research, competitor data, and advertising management tools. The Service is delivered digitally: access is granted to your account immediately after a successful payment, and no physical goods are shipped. Data shown in the Service comes from third-party sources and estimates and is provided for informational purposes only; we do not guarantee any sales, ranking, or advertising results.

3. Your Account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Accounts are for a single user and may not be shared or resold. To protect your account and to verify use of the Service, we record account activity such as sign-ins, feature usage, IP addresses, and device or browser information.

4. Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or yearly basis, at the price shown on the checkout page at the time of purchase.

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period and your payment method will be charged the then-current price for your plan, until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us (through our payment processor, Stripe) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Charges appear on your card statement as "DATABOSS11.COM". If we change the price of your plan, we will notify you before the new price applies to your next renewal.

5. $1 Trial

We may offer a trial that gives you full access to a paid plan for 7 days for a one-time fee of $1. The $1 fee is charged when the trial starts. Unless you cancel before the 7-day trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to the paid plan shown at checkout and your payment method is charged the full recurring price at the end of the trial, and on every renewal after that. The trial is limited to one per customer. You can cancel at any time during the trial and you will not be charged again.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time, without contacting us, from the Subscriptions page in your DataBoss account using the "Manage Billing" button, which opens our secure Stripe billing portal. You can also email us at the address below to cancel.

When you cancel, your subscription will not renew and you will not be charged again. You keep access to the Service until the end of the billing period you already paid for. To avoid the next charge, you must cancel before your renewal date (or, for the $1 trial, before the trial ends).

7. Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable. Because the Service is delivered digitally and access begins immediately, we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, trial fees, renewals you did not cancel before the renewal date, or periods in which you did not use your account, except where required by law.

If you believe you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge), contact us at the email below and we will review it promptly. Any refund we choose to issue outside this policy is at our sole discretion and does not create an obligation to issue future refunds.

8. Billing Questions and Chargebacks

If you have a question about a charge, please contact us first; most billing issues can be resolved quickly. If you file a chargeback or payment dispute, we may suspend or cancel your account while the dispute is open, and we will provide your bank with records of your purchase, your acceptance of these Terms, and your use of the Service.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share, sell, or transfer your account or login credentials
• Scrape, bulk-export, or resell data from the Service
• Reverse engineer, interfere with, or overload the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Amazon's policies

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services such as Amazon, the Amazon Ads API, and Stripe. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services or data.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data or estimates are accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DataBoss will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes apply from your next billing period. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
